Step 1
The insurance company is notified of the accident,
usually by their own customer. If another vehicle has been damaged whose driver was not at fault (the claimant), then these contact details are also recorded by the insurer.
The contact details are sent to Claim Bees.
Step 2
We place a call to the claimant. We confirm that the claim
is being handled and provide the claimant with the claim number and contact details of the liable insurer.
We then make sure the claimant is aware of the immediate help available – such as collecting the damaged vehicle, providing a hire car or organising an estimate.
Step 3
Claim Bees send the relevant information and instructions to the insurance company. If the claimant needs help with the repair, rental car or estimate, then these services are immediately booked.
Step 4
The claimant gets the help needed and the insurance company settles the claim.
