Our telephone operatives are carefully selected Claim Helpers. Our business relies on people trusting us, so we take care to hire only those people that are naturally friendly, and enjoy helping others.
Even in a subject as dry as insurance claims there is good reason to be friendly and helpful.

The telephone is our weapon of choice. No two claims
are the same, so we believe that a friendly telephone call is the best way to collect the right information and give the right information to the claimant.
An e-mail or postal correspondence can take weeks but can be avoided by a helpful call at the right time.
The right training
Our Claim Helpers are trained to help. They understand how to behave on the telephone and how to make sure the claimant feels comfortable. They are carefully trained to know all the necessary details of the repair and rental car services offered by our insurer clients and they are able to articulate this quickly and clearly.
